Healthixio's front desk runs from WhatsApp and a voice assistant books its appointments. We build the same for other businesses: the WhatsApp Cloud API, approved templates, the 24-hour window, bulk campaigns and AI replies that know when to hand over to a human.

We have taken a product through NHA's ABDM milestones and connected lab analysers over HL7 and ASTM. Integration work is where most projects slip; we have done enough of it to give you a fixed scope.

Every Healthixio and Pathixio customer came from somewhere: paper, Excel, a desktop program from 2009. We migrate, reconcile, train, and then run the system with you. Support is part of the product, not a ticket queue.

Most of our work is for healthcare, diagnostics, sales-led SMEs and service businesses in India.
How do you price a project?
After a short discovery we give a fixed scope, a fixed price and a schedule. Changes during the build are welcome and are priced as changes rather than absorbed and hidden. Long-term support is a separate annual agreement with named contacts.
Do you work with companies anywhere in India?
Yes. Our products run in more than 110 cities and most custom projects are delivered remotely, with site visits at discovery and go-live. We work with organisations across India.
Will you host and maintain what you build?
Yes. We host, back up and monitor systems we build, and we run them with you after go-live. If you prefer your own infrastructure, we hand over documented, deployable code.
