Privacy Policy
This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your information when you use our websites and products, and the rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to Kentron Technologies (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Madhavganj, Lashkar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 474001, India, and to the following websites and services (together, “the Service”):
- kentrontechnologies.com, this website.
- Healthixio (Hospital management & EMR), at healthixio.com and its related applications.
- Pathixio (Pathology lab software (LIMS)), at lab.healthixio.com and its related applications.
- Biznixio (Business management CRM), at margservice.in and its related applications.
- Gymnixio (Gym & fitness club management), at gym.healthixio.com and its related applications.
By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Definitions
- Account
- A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.
- Affiliate
- An entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where control means ownership of 50% or more of the shares or voting interest.
- Cookies
- Small files placed on your device by a website, containing details of your browsing history on that website among other uses. See our Cookie Policy.
- Country
- Madhya Pradesh, India.
- Device
- Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet.
- Personal Data
- Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service Provider
- Any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company, such as hosting, messaging or payment providers.
- Usage Data
- Data collected automatically, generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
- You
- The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is acting.
3. What we collect
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number, including a WhatsApp number where you choose to contact us that way
- Organisation name and address
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include your device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Data you enter into our products
Healthixio, Pathixio, Biznixio and Gymnixio are used by organisations to manage their own patients, members and customers. Data entered into those products (“Customer Data”) belongs to the organisation that entered it. We process it as a service provider on that organisation’s instructions and under the agreement with that organisation, and we do not use Customer Data for any purpose other than providing and securing the Service. Patient and health records are subject to additional safeguards described in section 7.
4. How we use Personal Data
- To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring its usage.
- To manage your Account and your registration as a user of the Service.
- To contact you by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other electronic means about updates, security notices or informative communications related to the Service.
- To respond to your requests, such as demo bookings, quotations and support.
- To send news and offers about our products and services, from which you can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may share Personal Data with our affiliates, Service Providers (hosting, email and messaging, payment processing, analytics), and other third parties only when necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights and safety. We may disclose data to government or law enforcement agencies where required by law. We do not sell Personal Data.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required under applicable law. We may retain anonymised data for analytics and research.
You have the right to delete, or to ask us to help delete, the Personal Data we hold about you. You may update, amend or delete your information at any time by signing in to your Account and visiting the settings section, where one exists, or by writing to us using the contact details below. Customer Data is deleted or returned on termination of the organisation’s agreement, in the export format described in that agreement.
7. Storage location, sensitive data and health records
We do not offer services outside India. Personal Data and Customer Data are stored and processed in India.
Certain sensitive personal data, including health information handled by Healthixio and Pathixio, is collected only with consent and processed with role-based access controls, audit logs and encryption in transit. We do not ask for or store bank details, debit or credit card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs beyond what a payment processor requires to complete a transaction on its own systems.
Where a product participates in the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, health records are shared only under a consent artefact created by the patient, for the purpose and period stated in it.
8. Phishing and fraud warning
If you receive an email, SMS, WhatsApp message or call claiming to be from Kentron, Healthixio, Pathixio, Biznixio, Gymnixio asking for credentials such as a PIN, password or OTP, do not share them. We never ask for these. Report suspected fraud to the contact details below.
9. Consent and withdrawal
By using the Service you consent to the processing described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer. Withdrawal may limit or restrict access to some parts of the Service.
10. Your rights under the DPDP Act
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to access a summary of the Personal Data we process about you, to correct or erase it, to nominate a person to exercise your rights, and to have a grievance heard. Requests are answered within the time allowed by law and usually much sooner.
11. Children
Our websites and products are intended for use by organisations and adults. Where a product records data about a child (for example, a paediatric patient or a junior gym member), it is entered by the organisation with the consent of a parent or guardian.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do, and material changes are notified by email or a notice on the Service.
