Can Pathixio connect to my analysers?
Yes. Pathixio interfaces with haematology and biochemistry analysers over HL7 and ASTM, the two protocols most lab machines in India speak. Results flow into the report automatically. Interfacing is included in the Professional plan, not charged separately.
Can patients get reports on WhatsApp?
Yes. As soon as a pathologist authorises a report, it is sent to the patient and, if configured, to the referring doctor on WhatsApp as a PDF with your letterhead.
Does it handle collection centres?
Yes. Collection centres and referring labs are proper accounts with their own negotiated rate list and logins limited to their own orders and reports.
Is Pathixio related to Healthixio?
Yes. Pathixio is the pathology product line of Kentron Technologies, the same company that builds Healthixio. Hospitals that use Healthixio get the same lab engine inside their HMIS.
