Ten things we built, and what each one removed.
Voice agents that answer a phone line. Automation that deletes a retyping job. Security reviews that read the code rather than probe the surface. Each entry says what was wrong first.
Multi-tenant web platforms, mobile apps and PWAs that people use all day.
Five of our own products run in production across more than 110 cities. We build the same class of system for clients: a data model that survives growth, role-based access, billing, and screens that work on a slow Android phone.
Voice agents, chat agents and language-model features that sit inside real workflows.
We have shipped a multi-tenant voice-agent platform on Gemini Live with telephony and retrieval, a WhatsApp agent that books hospital appointments, and dictation that becomes a structured discharge summary. Every AI feature has a plain fallback and a log of what it did.
Removing the retyping, the reconciliation and the copy-paste between systems.
Most of the time saved by software is saved by deleting a job nobody should be doing: transcribing twenty numbers off an analyser slip, posting the same order into two systems, scheduling the same social post every morning. We find those jobs and automate them.
Source-level security review, remediation and audit readiness for software you already run.
We have taken our own hospital platform through a VAPT audit by a CERT-In empanelled auditor, and we have run full source reviews of other people's Laravel and Next.js applications: authentication, authorisation, multi-tenancy, injection, file handling, secrets and payment flow. We report, we patch, and we tell you what only you can do.
No invented numbers.
Every project on this page is software that exists and that we built. Where a client is not public we describe the sector instead of naming them. We have not attached percentage improvements to any of this work, because we did not measure the before state rigorously enough to claim one. What each case study describes is what the software does, which we can show you running.
If you want the detail behind any of them, including the parts that went wrong, ask us.

Describe the job nobody should be doing.
Most automation work starts with one sentence about a task that is repeated every day. Send us that sentence.
